Pakistan will organize first time fashion week
The karachi- based designer Sonya Battla announced that she will organize a fashion show during the wills Lifestyle India Fashion week, its preview will feature at a premier fashion extravaganza in New Delhi Sept 5-9. This is the first time the fashion week scheduled to be organized in Karachi for Nov 4-8. IMG Fashion will stage the Pakistan Fashion Week with media partners the Jang Group and GEO TV.
The News said, “The reason for organizing this show would be to show buyers the difference in Indian and Pakistani fashion, which on the surface level may seem similar but in fact have a distinct flavour of their own,”
