Low-rise jeans becoming offence
Marshal’s sagging pants, a style was in pick in the early days in 1990s by hip-hop artists, are becoming now a criminal offense in a growing number of communities, particularly teens between the age of 14 and 25 usually wear to display more skin at the waist, torso, and hips, but now youngster will find it difficult to wear Jeans to expose their underwear.
Lawmakers claim that these jeans worn low enough to expose underwear poses a threat to the public & they have enacted indecency ordinances to stop it. These Sagging Pants have been now against the law since June 11 in Declambre, Louisiana, a town of 2231 that is 80 miles southwest of Baton Rouge. These styles carry a fine of as much as $500 or up to a six-month sentence.
