'Citizen Kane' Rated Best Film Ever
‘Citizen Kane’ has been voted as the top US film for the second time in a decade in a poll conducted by the American Film Institute, it is voted one of the top US film by the Film critics, historians & experts. The Godfather, which ranked third in the original poll moved up a notch to second place while Casablanca slipped to number three. Also among the top 10 were “Singin’ in the Rainâ€, “Gone With The Wind†& “Lawrence of Arabia†while Charles Chaplin’s 1931 silent gem “City Lights” jumped from No. 76 to No. 11.
